The annual Arts Festival ‘Kala Ulela’ is scheduled to be held on the 15th of October at 2.00 p.m. at the College Auditorium under the distinguished patronage of emeritus professor Carlo Fonseka and with the participation of professor Rohana Luxaman Piyadasa and Mrs. Sriyani Amarasena.
