The 6th scout camborree which was organized by the District Scout Association was held at Gatambe Grounds on 27,28,29 and 30th of September at a very grand scale. The principal of the College was the chief guest on the second day. Our scout group was able to win the Island Merit Flag for the 17th consecutive year and the College was able to produce the Most Number of Golden Star Award winners and the Presidents Award winners. The former Deputy head prefect of the College Chathura Mathararachchi was able to bring fame not only to the College but to the Central Province by being selected as the best scout of the Asia Pacific Region.
